There is still a large amount of girls who are in TPA that do not live at Terra. They would have to break their leases they signed for next year.

That's not an impossible feat. Breaking a lease is usually doable, you just have to pay a chunk of money or get a subleaser.

TPA has already signed Terra. There are girls putting up subletting advertisements on IU forums. So, half the chapter that has to sublet in order to live in Delts. Also, Terra is expensive so chances are the girls that could afford to live in Delts are in Terra with signed leases. DphiE is more scattered and many girls haven't signed leases. Rumor has it that DphiE did not have the numbers able to adequately fill Delts.

Numbers for sororities will have to be higher because the bathrooms in the house will have to be renovated.

The bathroom thing is a totally ridiculous rumor? They do not have to be renovated. The bathrooms have stalls and toilets and individual showers lol? People will say anything to discredit the fact that god forbid an unhoused sorority does something good for themselves/worth celebrating and being proud of. People need to lay off.

Not to shoot down TPA as a sorority I've met many of them and they are cool and all but... Honestly, would be such a waste of a house if they got it. Rip good parties
