I don't know if it's good or bad, but I saw more guys from this fraternity on tinder when I was using it. I guess it means they are good at chatting with girls? Please don't take this comment as negative/offensive, it's just purely my observation.

Zoo was on social probation this past school year so their night life presence was down to a minimum besides invite only events. I'm surprised how big the house is compared to others (60 is a lot of brothers personally). If they would just get their yard professionally landscaped they would have one of the nicest houses on campus. I would consider them within the ranks of RSE, Pikes, Ski, and Phi Tau (RIP) as the best houses on campus.

Hotness / atractiveness: i don't know, can't really rank 'em. straight. P/D: You can't be unpopular when you're that close to freshman hill. Classiness: They have a Yacht Party every year, though its strict invite only. But behaviour wise, house cleanliness - avg Campus: Pretty decent amount of volunteering. Lot of inter-networking between brothers. Fun/social life: Cider, Yacht, beach. They've got a few good parties every year. Brotherhood: Very "hoorah" kind of deal.

They really aren't anything special. I think the only reason people go to their parties is because it's close to freshman hill. There are definitely better frats with cuter and nicer brothers.

Social probation aside, the parties are great-you don’t ever have to worry about unsafe drinks(made by brothers), pong upstairs, dancing and bar downstairs. Brotherhood is strong while still friendly to other frats. Great mixers with sororities. Love lazy land music blasting on days with good weather. House is gradually being revamped while still maintaining historic registry standards. PSA: their cat, Casey, is the sweetest thing in the world!
