Comment:  Hotness / atractiveness: i don't know, can't really rank 'em. straight. P/D: You can't be unpopular when you're that close to freshman hill. Classiness: They have a Yacht Party every year, though its strict invite only. But behaviour wise, house cleanliness - avg Campus: Pretty decent amount of volunteering. Lot of inter-networking between brothers. Fun/social life: Cider, Yacht, beach. They've got a few good parties every year. Brotherhood: Very "hoorah" kind of deal.
