Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 4.5 Zoo has really strong genuine brotherhood. They are all smart and actually care about each other. Although they may not be super involved on campus, they definitely get lit. They also have a dope house and house cat named Casey

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 4.5 Zoo is a great fraternity. I went to some of their rush events freshman year and didn't feel comfortable, but overall they're really well known on campus for being really social and smart. They're definitely known as 'top tier.' Their house is really nice and right next to campus. The only improvement they could make is being safer (they're in trouble a lot) and being more involved on campus.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 4.9 Social probation aside, the parties are great-you don’t ever have to worry about unsafe drinks(made by brothers), pong upstairs, dancing and bar downstairs. Brotherhood is strong while still friendly to other frats. Great mixers with sororities. Love lazy land music blasting on days with good weather. House is gradually being revamped while still maintaining historic registry standards. PSA: their cat, Casey, is the sweetest thing in the world!

I guess it means they are good at chatting with girls? Please don't take this comment as negative/offensive, it's just purely my observation.
