Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.7 Great frat. They won most of the sorority weeks last year. They have two houses and consistently get a big pledge class. People hate on them because they win everything.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.5 Fun guys to be around. Very social and friendly. They are off row but they don’t give ‘off-row vibes’ when I talked to them. Probably a top 4 or 5 frat in Statesboro but could be higher once they get a third house on row.
