Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.4 Not trying to beat the horse but I think it is pretty clear that these guys would be a top 3-4 frat instantly if they get on row. They should ditch those two houses and get one on greek row
