Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.5 phi delt gets a lot of hate from other frats and i’m not sure why. i think going to homecoming with kkg wasn’t a good look considering lots of people don’t like kkg. as a woman i always feel comfortable and safe at phi delt parties and date nights. the men are super sweet and respectful and care a lot about brotherhood. i think the reason people claim that they “get no play” is because a lot of the brothers have committed long term relationships, which in the long run is more important than random hookups in my opinion. if you’re looking to rush a frat with a close brotherhood and fun social life, rush phi delt

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 1.0 These guys are ALL OVER greekrank. Them and Sig chi pretty much run it these days, which is the only reason you’ll find them anywhere near the top on those dumb tier lists. They’re the fraternity that blanket bids awkward kids who were balled from other places to get high numbers. They throw good registered parties, sure, but their overall social scene is lacking and there’s a reason not many of the top sororities want to mix with them.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 1.2 one of the weirdest group of guys that I have ever seen. My sorority wanted to say no to them for homecoming but that was basically our only option. If you want to be known as the weird kids that are the rejects of every other house rush here. Would not recommend.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.7 I’ve been to almost every frat house and I can definitely say this is by far the best one. They treat everyone well and they all seem really close for a big frat down here!
