Awesome frat, super friendly guys who treat women well and even have a frat code for how to treat women, the parties are awesome and feel safe. The guys are good looking and very friendly and not douchebags. They are more of a blue collar frat than the others and have more humble members.

These men are on the come up. Theta has become one of me and my friends fav frats at the U this past semester. They have a smaller house than most of the frats but the basement parties they had were always very packed and the music was pretty good.
