No. People are still touring the house and no "has it" yet until any paperwork is signed. No TPA is writing this because nothing is finalized yet, just people spreading rumors.

I am a freshman and my roommates friend is in TPA. She was over today and was talking about how they are trying to convince 90 girls to break their lease for next year and pay 1k per month. she said a lot of girls cant afford it because currently they are paying 400/month. they do NOT already have the house and they did not already get 90 girls to commit to living in. so dont believe any of that.

Well, if you must know, my grandmothers nextdoor neighbor at the nursing homes roomate was a tpa in 1920 and she heard through the grapevine that her old delts boyfriends grandson knows what is going on. So, it is all in who you know to get reliable information. By yhe way did I mention he was a legacy before being booted...so just ask

Thank you so much for providing actual information not just "TPA got the house." This makes perfect logical sense given that everything you've said adds up. I checked Terra and it's around $400-600 per month so Delts would essentially be double that. I hope the best for TPA and all of the chapters who have submitted bids, but this bidding process has really turned into a dumpster fire.

Yeah, no kidding about the bidding process turning into a dumpster fire. We've all seen how bad this thread has gotten, just imagine what each of the organizations that toured the house are going through

Any people on here that think tgis is just read by people in the greek community are uninformed. The GDIs get on here and stir things up to show the division among us.

There was not a bidding process. Organizations that were interested were given opportunities to talk with Delts Housing Corp and tour the property. Delts housing corp has only been interested in pursuing a sorority. If a sorority was not available, certain fraternities were getting money and lease agreements in order if they began a bidding process for the fraternities. Terra has no reflection on what theta Phi girls can afford and more on the relationship with a former TPA who's family owned Terra properties years ago.

There isn't a "line" of people waiting like people assume. It wouldn't fall to one specific organization. Delts will entertain the best offer and choose whoever they feel would fit best and take care of their house.

Not sure how accurate this whole tpa info is, i mean this is greek rank not any kind of credible source. I think the other organizations who hold the best cases are DPhiE skulls, and Sammmy

Just because you don't know anyone with information, doesn't mean people are not in the know with whats going on. There is nothing left to sway here...the deal is done except for waiting to sign the contracts with the delts on Thursday.
