Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Wichita State University - WSU 2.8 A few great guys but overall the chapter attitude is bad. Been "top" for so long that they've lost focus of what it means to be Greek. Always just hiding away in their house, show TONS of favoritism towards one sorority and some of their guys can be extremely inconsiderate. Might still be top tier but not for long...
