Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Wichita State University - WSU 4.6 First 100 man chapter at WSU so they have to be doing something right. My sorority loves these guys because they're a fun bunch and they only go after guys who have the same morals and intentions they all do. These guys are close to beta too which makes them class act guys considering beta and phi delt compete for the top spot. Overall great guys. Most houses try to be like them.

First 100 man chapter at WSU so they have to be doing something right. Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Wichita State University - WSU 5.0 This house has had top grades 18 of the last 19 semesters and not to mention their philanthropy raising thousands annually for the ALS association. The house is nice and is the only one next to sororities as for the brotherhood I see friendships that will last a lifetime and a group of guys that care about one another

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Wichita State University - WSU 4.6 I'm not a PhiDelt but sometimes I wish I was. These guys have a great brotherhood and know how to have a good time. They are also the best looking group of guys I've ever seen I am honestly jealous. They also always manage to pull through and get good grades which matters the most so props to you guys.

Phi Delt is known for winning lots of awards but we'll see how they are in the future. Very social guys that love to have fun. Good looking, but sometimes it gets to their head. I don't know how they do it, but these guys pull off highest grades every semester with a heavy social agenda. Better watch out Phi Delt, winning Fraternity of the year again won't be that easy this year.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Wichita State University - WSU 3.4 They are one of the top 3 houses for sure. Its hard to get to know the guys in the house though because they tend to keep to them selves. They have been close to the top for so long they seem to have stopped trying which has left them open to be brought down very easily as soon as this year. Their house needs to make a change or things will go downhill very soon.
