After doing a house tour,the house was nice, but not the guys. They came off very conceited. Overall they do have a good gpa, but lack everything else such as social life, athletic ability, and most importantly; clean bathrooms.

They're on probation, wet recruit, and don't treat people fairly. Some of the new members I've meet think think that they're above others and are superior because they joined the biggest house on campus and are wearing Vinyard Vines clothes that daddy bought for them.

Great house and a great group of guys. If all the greek chapters had as nice a house and as manny people as Phi Delt did then WSU greek life would be better.

Glorified academic club. Boast that they have over 100 men, but that did not last long at all. Members are social and well-known with sororities, but that's not always a good thing for them. Members treat women poorly and lack a moral compass. Very judgmental wannabe KU fraternity.

Best fraternity on campus. They have the nicest house and double the size of any other fraternity. They win at almost every intermural. Have the best parties and very smart. A lot of their members work at Koch and alumni are the most active community members and contribute a lot to Wichita state.
