Far from top tier but most certainly have come along way. If they focused on taking more social and attractive brothers and didn't let every person with a pulse into their parties they could make their way up the ranks.

From what I saw at B+ they seemed to be having fun and getting into it more than some of the other orgs at times. Overall they seem to be making moves on and off campus. Excited to see what they do over the course of the semester. Give it some time for the leas dedicated guys to fade away and the Delt will probably be top.

very nice people. I dont understand how they are ranked number 1 though. Sure they look good on paper, but have you ever tried talking to one of them? they are anti-chill and very average looking

Definitely one of the most popular fraternities on this campus with some very attractive and outgoing brothers. However, they are known for favoring "wealthy guys" and tend to be quite superficial when it comes to recruiting.
