Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at The College of New Jersey - TCNJ 4.2 Phi sig is small so most people push them down or pretend they don't exist, but they actually have a solid group of girls. Some hot, some eh, but they party like hell anyway so it doesn't matter. They got 3rd in homecoming with axp so they must be doing something right.

Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at The College of New Jersey - TCNJ 3.4 I'm a freshmen so I couldn't rush until this semester, but I really liked them when I went to their events in the fall. Everyone I talked to seems really chill.

Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at The College of New Jersey - TCNJ 2.4 i feel bad for phi sig because a bunch of the girls are really nice, but they're just painfully awkward. if they worked on recruitment skills and how to be more personable, I think they would get a little better. their sisterhood seems pretty strong though!

Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at The College of New Jersey - TCNJ 3.8 i'm friends with some of the sisters and although i am in a different sorority they seem to always have fun. granted in every sorority there are problems and drama and gossiping this is a group of girls that have fun and like each other (for the most part). they are involved on campus and so nice and i wish more PNMs liked them! guys give them a try! wish i kinda wasnt in my sorority and was it theirs

They should work on recruitment skills because in the past they have scared off pnms with how painfully awkward they are in recruitment. However, they do have a good sisterhood, if that's what you're looking for

Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at The College of New Jersey - TCNJ 4.6 Everyone needs to give these girls more credit. They're working hard and they're getting better. This reputation was brought on by girls years ago who have graduated. Sure, maybe there are some awkward girls but you can find those types in literally every chapter. They're just more noticeable in Phi Sig because people look for them. Keep up the good work girls!

Everyone needs to give these girls more credit. They're working hard and they're getting better. This reputation was brought on by girls years ago who have graduated. Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at The College of New Jersey - TCNJ 1.4 I feel for these girls, I really do. When you're known as the worst sorority on campus it's going to take a lot of time and effort to get out of that, and forget about getting out of bottom tier. My advice is for them to start making their standards during recruitment higher, this might result to them barely getting any girls, if any, but in the long run they'll probably benefit. Right now too many awkward and weird girls really scare off pnms, and their good girls are lost in the mix
