DZ is unfortunately bottom/middle tier, but they should be top tier. Above all, they have the best sisterhood, but otherwise, I always see them out and having a good time, they look much classier than a lot of the other 'top' houses, and the girls are really chill and down to earth. Love em a lot.

From what I've seen so far, their house is on the uprise after declining for a semester or two. I'm looking forward to see what they bring to the table for the duration of this semester.
