fall vs spring recruitment

Well for sororities, fall recruitment is a very structured with very specific guide lines. For the spring is sorority recruitment very similar to fraternity recruitment, where it is less formal and each house puts on its own events during the entirety of rush as opposed to the one weekend in fall. also, not all the houses recruit in the spring. only houses that still need number to stay in good standing with PHC.
