which houses are making the biggest jumps?

What houses do you guys think are moving up?
Personally I'd say Sigma DSP and SAE have definitely making good moves this semester DSP is reportedly getting KD's house and becoming well known on campus. Also, a majority of their brothers seemed to be all around solid guys.
SAE raised $5,000 to towards their philanthropy, placed 1st at Anchor Splash, and raised the most money for Alpha Phi's KOH. And I've just been hearing their name be thrown around much more than before.
What do ya'll think?

had to be written by a DSP or SAE. I'll admit SAE went out hard for APhi tho. Being an older soroity girl i've observed both houses over the years and yeah SAE has come up a little but they just copy a lot of things that Sigma Chi does...DSP has made themselves more known with philantropies but then again they get fined if they don't mob. I super close with a few DSP's proabbaly the same 20 everyone only thinks of, in all honesty I feel like they blanket bid. If DSP does get KD's house good for them but lets see if they can handle it.

DSP does not fine their bros if they don't go to philanthropy events. I don't know where you got that information from but its straight up wrong.

All of those houses are relevant but I can obviously see a bias in your post. Many would agree that Pike, Sigma Chi and DU are the top three. Because of DU's setback ATO maybe takes their spot but to say Sigma Nu and ATO are above both DU and Sigma Chi...you're trippin or a Sigma nu/ATO.
