Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 4.0 Skull has been making a lot of noise recently. They have had a great semester socially by mixing with every top sorority and throwing fun parties. Their younger pledge classes seem to be getting more involved around campus which is a great thing to see considering that is one of the areas that they were lacking in. Top tier, deff on the rise. Being the only fraternity house on college ave will also help them a lot

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 3.6 The skulls are straight savages. They love partying and getting rowdy while still getting good grades and being competitive at Keller. The worst of the top tiers for obvious reasons but better in some aspects too. When they lose their house they will still be solid middle tier with good leadership i believe
