Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 4.4 Small but choose to be. Tightest brotherhood from personally knowing them and how close they are. Have made skullhouse a very common name and all over social media. Mix with all the top sororities and decorate houses which makes them very fun to mix with. Parties are either hit or miss. Some weird brothers but younger pledge classes are a lot of fun and with them being only house on the Ave it seems like they will take a giant step

Have a reputation for being creepy and for only attracting freshmen girls. They aren't anyones first pick, me and my friends would much rather go to TDX, Theta chi, or Sigma Chi.
