Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Ohio State University - OSU 4.2 Phi Psi is known as the best frat on campus but when you actually are in a close environment with the guys (like a Thursday pregame) they don't talk to girls until they're really drunk... Like they stand around in groups and just talk to each other most of the time. What's the point of even inviting girls over??? Other than that they're alright.
