Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Ohio State University - OSU 4.4 fact the top 3 fraternities are sig chi, phi psi, and TKE.(in no specific order) anyone telling you different is flat out wrong. The house is not dry. If it was dry then would they be drinking on the balcony? They still party with the top sororities and were most requested for block. Hate to see people saying stuff thats just flat out wrong even about a different fraternity

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Ohio State University - OSU 1.0 they have a dry house which means you can't drink inside the chapter house. That is just one example of what kind of losers and whimps these kids are - can you honestly imagine not being able to drink alcohol in your own frat house? sad.
