RIP Stone Foltz

by:

Heartbreaking.
Current news indicates he may have died due to extreme liquor consumption associated with a Pike big brother night event that may have been hazing related. Was told he may have been found in his apartment after being dropped off by another member in the fraternity having aspirated on his own vomit. Is being kept alive only for organ donation salvation.

It is so sad to lose a college student who had such a bright future. I am only posting this here as someone who knew of Stone as an acquaintance. He will be missed.

Those involved will have a great deal of media, public, and legal scrutiny that will follow them for the rest of their lives.

Charges may be filed but at the bare minimum names will be released to those who may have contributed to his death by hazing in public record / media articles.

And today his parents were awarded over 2 million dollars in a settlement…… for a SENSELESS and STUPID fraternity ‘inauguration!’ HAZING must stop…. Otherwise actions such as this will end Greek life across the nation. ALL awesome things fraternities and sororities do such as raise $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ for charities is completely overshadowed by hazing incidents.
