Has a few cool guys, but overall Sig Ep is a random group of guys who form an underdeveloped and unconnected brotherhood. They are the definition of bottom tier, and their parties only reaffirm that. Have fun having no fun.

Many of the brothers don't even know each other, the only good thing they do is booth because they get money from old alumni who can't move on. Nice job boosting your rating boys.
