They are obviously a top sorority. Most girls during fmr want so badly to be in this sorority. Very selective, most girls are crushed and dropped by them. That doesn't make them a great sorority though. They clearly want to intimidate which makes them a little unattractive. The kind of girls that care too much about status and feel a sad need to showcase their prestige. They all talk badly about one another. From the thetas that i know, they hate being in the sorority. Superficial, but do well.
