After getting to know a lot of the girls in from mutual friends, I can say without a doubt that all of the negative comments on here about this sorority, are from people who got dropped or people who are jealous. These are some of the most friendly (and fun) girls that you will meet at GV. I have had classes with SK's before and talking to them/being friends with them makes me think about going through recruitment, because they truly exemplify what greek life and sisterhood is all about. Yes you're going to have cliques and drama sometimes, but that goes with being a girl, so clearly half of these people leaving reviews have never been in an all girl friend group before. Overall, this is my favorite chapter of women on campus and if you get to know these girls, i'm sure you'll quicly agree.

Every chapter on the GVSU campus is amazing in its own way. Girls who spend the time to post negative things about a chapter on this website have some of their own issues they need to deal with. Sigma kappa is nothing short of wonderful, kind, and friend. Any pnm would be lucky to join this chapter

The sigma kappa girls are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Anyone who posts these hateful comments obviously have some weird vendetta because almost every girl Ive met in the sigkap chapter has been kind and friendly. Even though a lot of girls in GV Panhel are in different chapters the love is still there. I’d vouch for these girls any day even if I’m not a sig kap

I know a couple of girls in it and they are so nice and chill. I do not know why there are so many bad reviews of sk, they do not deserve it.

I see hella girls pressed about the fact that SKs are pretty. Since when did pretty = mean ??? Seems like a lot judgement for people who don’t know the sorority. Just cause you didn’t get in doesn’t make them mean

All the hate the sorority gets it’s ridiculous and unfair. Please please please Understand that rumors go around and people are petty. Sigma kappas are genuine girls who don’t give a damn. These girls make being in a sorority bearable and fun
