Considered top house by many but a lot of people think of them as a social club. Huge numbers and a lot don't even know their own brothers. Great house, but heritage isn't the best

Middle tier. Some are alright but tons of losers. Considered to be the "wannabe" pikes. Intramural champions.

Used to be a great fraternity but kicked off campus. Very fun, laid back guys. Continue to have some presence but very limited

A lot of weirdos but manage to get some great kids. Considered to be on the rise. A mix of different kids, they know how to work with what they got.

Lost alot of their cool kids but still middle tier. May make a slight comeback but it will be a while. Never top tier

Middle tier southern frat with the potential to move up. Stole a lot of good kids, but I personally don't see them getting to top tier

Definitely top tier, considered top house by many. Alot of annoying soflo kids but overall good house.
