Just giving an honest rating of Delt. They may be considered top here, which is why I'd rate them very popular. But they are truly lacking in classiness overall and I've noticed many of the brothers are fake as hell with majority below average in the looks department. If you want a top frat, at least join one with a little class like sigma chi or SAE.
