If you're basing it on looks being improved with each new pledge class then it should be---

Top- DDD, GPhi, PiPhi, Chi O, DG

Mid- Kappa, ADPi, Theta, Zeta, APhi

Bottom- AXO, Sigma, KD, PhiMu, Sigma Kappa

Top: Tri Delt, Pi Phi, G Phi, ChiO

Mid: DG, Kappa, ADPi, Theta, Zeta

Putting Gphi and DG on top is just rediculous! No respect regardless how much you place them there. Everyone knows that!

Zeta has not moved up! They had some of the lowest grades this past year. And no grades aren't everything but really? Just because they claim they have a hot pledge class does t really change a thing! Most houses are claiming there new pledges are hot! Maybe just not over and over on here.

Why wouldn't Zeta move up? They scored one of the prettiest pledge class and they've done well in recent competitions. They're fairly similiar to APhi - both have lots of pretty girls, mainly get DDD and GPhis rejects, both have crappy grades overall, but Zeta actually places and wins things now and APhi doesn't. So I'd say that bumps them up and either keeps Aphi the same or unfortunately bumps APhi back down.

Can we just agree that Zeta is on here way too much!!!! OMG zeta Give It A REST!! We know you think your pledges are pretty! (although many claim they look rough!). And they need to go to class and study or they will be losing members because of flunking out again!

If my memory is correct Alpha Phi placed top 2-3 in Greek week and also in top 2-3 in RAMS. So their involvement shouldnt go unnoticed! They are doing just fine!

I won't release the return rates/percentages specific numbers but I started ranking where everyone fell. I was going through it house by house but it's become too tedious.
