Is this because they put girls up high on their list but they put another house first and went there? You only get one bid correct? I'm not sure how this works. Who does the matching? An independent committee?

I heard a lot of girls had upper tier houses and GPhi on pref and most of them only preffed two houses and left GPhi off the list completely. Rough.
