Maybe if you switch the top and upper middle houses, and move theta up this would be a little more accurate.

And theta isn't really selective. they just get the farm girls that are all cut from pi phi, chio, kappa, and tridelt.

Well…. I’ve never been on a farm in my life. I dropped one of those houses after round one, dropped another after round two, and picked Theta over one of those you listed after pref. (Although I loved both.)
