sigma kappa seems to have done well
by: CuriousIt looks like from what I've heard Sigma Kappa offered bids to over 200 women. Looks like some other chapters may feel quickly threatened. Heard they had some real hotties and strong members. Thoughts??

if u read what i wrote you'd understand that i am bitter about not getting into sk, even though i'm happy in my chapter here at home. also, made it perfectly clear i wasn't judging girls who did get bids, but i was just seeing if anyone had any insight as to who sk chooses/chose...recruiters did judge them and then the colony members after them and i wanted to know what criteria they deemed important...what can i say? i'm a curious person. and no i didn't get a bid from sk, but i also didn't go through formal at mizzou, so about not getting a bid from any house...not so accurate...nothing's "wrong" with me, or anyone else who didn't get a bid to sk. and isn't the whole point of gr to cyber-stalk? don't most girls get on here to gossip about other chapters? and sk did not accept everyone if you look into the numbers it was something like 500 girls starting at the first round and 250ish got bids, that's not a high percentage, those are tough odds. fact is i am a sweet girl who's well rounded, funny, attractive (inside and out :)) , and quite intelligent...everyone's a little crazy...

SK is COBing because they are still a new house and need to build up numbers to total, so PHA let them call people they wanted on bid day that dropped and offer them bids.

So SK had to snap bid members to reach pc total?? Weren't they the ones bashing sigma for bit meeting quota?? Rude. They couldn't even reach quota without snap bids!!

They went OVER quota. They didn’t snap bid. Because they’re new, they have different rules applied to them by PHA. They wanted to be get over HOUSE total. Which they did. They have like 270 members now, making them a fairly large house. Learn the difference between quota and total before you start bashing on houses.

Ive heard of some girls dropping because they dont want to be in the "new house" that doesnt have a reputation yet. But I dont understand why they would put sigma kappa down on pref day when they knew that they didnt want to be in the "new" house and then steal a bid away from someone who would actuallly want to be in it.

She's not a Sigma Kappa. I know which girl you're talking about and she disaffiliated last semester. So no, there aren't any pics of naked SK's on the internet just like there aren't pics of any soririty girls from Mizzou on the internet as far as I know. That was a nice try though. Sounds more like you've got a personal vendetta against this one girl than you do SK. Check your jealousy.
