ladies, the pi chi's are serious!!
by: from a former PNMAs a former PNM who will be going through recruitment again, I need to advise you new PNMs about something very serious!! During meetings with our pi chi's, they will tell you at the end to "maximize your options", AKA, do NOT only pref one house at the end of recruitment (better known as "suiciding"). I thought the pi chi's told us that just so we would end up not being biased, or give other houses a chance. What they do not tell you is if you only pref one house on pref day, for instance, if you have zeta zeta zeta, alpha alpha alpha, and mu mu mu, but only pref zeta zeta zeta, you automatically go to the bottom of their list. Even if you're zzz's top choice, they will have to skip you until they fill their quota. If zzz's quota is 80 and they fill those 80 spots before they get to you, you will end up not in Greek Life even if they loved you! I made that mistake last year. I hope this is not confusing; if so, please ask questions and I will clarify! I promise, you NEED to maximize your options :) I only preffed one house last year and it was the biggest mistake of my life. Good luck everyone!

I don't understand why other women come on this website and feel the need to berate other women and just be flat out mean. @Lmao, are we still in high school or something? Come on. It's not hard to be a decent person.
