They have a lot of pretty girls and I know everyone thinks of them as one of the better houses on campus. My friends in tri delt are some of my best friends even though I'm in another house.

Should be interesting to see what happens when PHA finds out they had a party/drank in their house. Heard they're already on the rocks so I'm sure they'll lose their chapter
