Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 3.8 I just went through recruitment, and even though i didn't end up choosing this house, they were some of the MOST genuine girls I talked to. They don't judge based on your looks but your character which shows they are great girls. Definitely not bottom tier...closer to the middle.

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 4.0 To the poster below, just curious, who is "we?" You sit around and "rank" the houses based on their overall attractiveness? why? What does that have to do with sisterhood? Perhaps YOU rank based on looks, which makes you SHALLOW. Because guess what, in the real world, people value your integrity and character. Think about it, maybe there are only 25 DROP DEAD gorgeous girls in this house, compared to maybe 100 in another. But all 25 of those are going to ALSO be genuine, amazing women who value character not reputation. I kind of think there are more "total packages" in this house than others. Don't be so quick to stereotype. Nice girls can be pretty too, and I've seen them in these letters. Much luck for recruitment ladies!
