Pretty girls who either don't have the grades or overall "it" factor to get into PiPhi, GPhi or TriDelt (although TriDelt has slipped A LOT! ) If A Phi has a really good recruitment, they may be able to steal girls from TriDelt.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 1.6 Good option if you are pretty, fun, outgoing but get cut by PiPhi, GPhi, TriDelt. Considering this chapter was VERY close to being shut down not too many years ago, they have come a long way! Definitely above AChiO & ADPi.
