Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Missouri - Mizzou 2.2 their house needs at lot of work, the least they can do is keep it clean at least. Disaster in there, and I feel sorry for the guys that live there. Decent parties

Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Missouri - Mizzou 4.6 The DU house really is a disaster zone - dirty and a mess. But, there are other houses that aren't much better. These guys do a good job of rising above the condition of the house, and I hear (and read here) that they are within 2 years of having a brand new facility. I'm guessing they're going to stay top tier and become even stronger.

Yeah their house may not be that fantastic, but remember not to judge a book buy it's cover! They definitely throw the best parties on campus!

Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Missouri - Mizzou 4.6 The DUs, like all the fraternities, can improve their campus reputations. Considering that their house is a physical negative, they do seem to overcome that and have built a strong sense of brotherhood. A brand new house in two years will put them on top.
