DChi constantly self ranks. There is potential for it to be a good house; but it will take a few more years before it can actually be considered anywhere near top. Middle of mid tier is where DChi stands.

There are some really nice guys in this house, but there's nothing really outstanding about it. It's definitely not bad but just pretty run-of-the-mill. And there's just some sort of unfortunate stigma about always having to rent a house from a fraternity that's had bad luck.

I’m going through and fixing Greek Rank one review at a time. Delta Chi is a solid house with very nice guys. One of the most involved. Maybe not the best socially.

DChi needs to get a house that actually belongs to it and then maybe it might have a chance to be the dream guys of GPhi, TriDelt, and DG (or any other sorority for that matter). And like a few other fraternities, it's just too new on campus and lacking of a significant historical presence to be considered prominent and maybe attain top-tier status. But right now, definitely not top tier and the talk of the campus!
