Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 Falling Lower house that grinds Greekrank everyday to make people think that they’re lowermid. Falling Lower house that grinds Greekrank everyday to make people think that they’re lowermid. Barely mixes and the only sorority relations that have is with the two bottom sororities (PhiMu & PhiSigSig). Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.9 Just a house of good guys. Brothers are heavily involved on campus through club/project team leadership, SA, etc. and seem pretty close with each other. Not too much action here but occasionally they throw fun opens. Always unproblematic and an underrated house for sure

They mix a lot with Phi Mu and Phi Sigma Sigma and are known for being a sweet and friendly group of guys that sticks close together, even in times of distress.

House is nice but rarely got used to its potential for parties. Atrendance at mixers is shot for both guys and girls. Doesn't belong at "top of bottom tier".

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.2 if you are looking for a more typical frat experience this house is not it. they claim they are middle tier but mixes with phi mu. they are bottom tier and do not have social presence. Not the best looking but nice guys.
