Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.9 Seem to have some things going for them. Got solid fall and spring PCs, have a really tight-nit brotherhood, and can throw good parties. If they can solidify their relations more I can definitely see them going up.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.2 If we're being honest, this was a terrible rush cycle for Phi Delt. A lot of other lower tier houses did well, such as their neighbors Rockledge, and took good sized pledge classes. They still have a good physical house and some relations, so they'll look to rebound in the fall.
