Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.6 they had a great pledge class in 2013 and are once again mixing with lots of sororities. their pledge party was also very successful and was attended by over 500 people

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.8 Phi Delt has to be one of the hidden wonders on Cornell's campus. Though they may be a little low key (hence the hidden) on campus, the Phi Delt brotherhood is most definitely underrated. I went to one of their parties for the first time during fall 2012 semester and was surprised by the brothers' hospitality, great party atmosphere, etc. For all of those people who doubt their mixing prospects, one of my phi delt friends told me that their spring mixing schedule is almost packed.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 5.0 Definitely a house on the rise. Great parties that are open with sick DJ's. Probably could have more people but it's hard with the secretness of parties nowadays. All the guys are fun, genuine, great convo. Should definitely have mixers with higher quality houses, that will bring your rankings up than having it with the girls next door. Pledge class '12 is sick. Had a great time at the pledge party last week but wish there were hotter girls there. Definitely would rush you guys if you mixed with better sororities that's the only thing holding me back.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.8 This house is a hidden gem on campus. They have a fair amount of open parties. The brotherhood is down to earth and fun. The house is clean and huge, but a bit out of the way on north campus. They had a surprisingly good pledge class this year.
