Just Read 2025 Spring Greek Life Report

Data tells the truth:

Theta, Kappa, Tri Delt did not have to spring recruit. Kappa and Theta are the largest chapters - great retention.

AXO, ADPi, & Gamma Phi took over 20 new members in the Spring - ouch, poor retention.

Theta. XO, Pi Phi, Kappa had the highest chapter gpas.

Chapter size and the need to hold spring recruitment is affected by December graduates. You can’t assume it’s 100 percent about chapter retention.

It’s not spring grads. I’m sure KKG, DDD, and KAT had Spring Grads and Trey did not have to spring recruit. Adding 20+ new members is because of lots of girls dropping the sorority.

new members does not determine low retention and as someone in one of those sororities all but 1 have stayed. Not to mention chapter gpa does not determine how good a sorority is nor does the people who did not have to spring recruit. PNMs ignore.

having to add members in the spring is because: 1) the chapter is below a desired amount(adpi, aopi) members graduated in Dec., 2) members dropping, and 3) not reaching quota during formal fall recruitment (aopi)

If a chapter rarely has to Spring Recruit that is a sign of a strong chapter.
