Top house is going to change based on who you’re talking to, always. But theres a top 5 that are the most sought after and everyone knows it. Top 5 are pretty interchangeable: (DDD, ZTA, DG, XO, KKG)

As someone very involved, this is a good rank! The true top 5 that stay consistent, they are the top houses from both “bubbles” in Greek life. Whichever one is #1 depends who you talk to, but they are all very good.

Pi phi and theta (classier) rather than zeta and dg (more party girls)
But agree with kappa, xo, and tridelt

Kappa, XO , and tri delt have tons of party girls, especially kappa, dg and zeta are of course more party but also WAY more sought after than theta and pi phi (more bottom houses) that’s a known thing
