Zeta Dirty rushing??

Got a dm on insta promising me a bid at zeta and got completely dropped. I know dirty rushing or promise bidding isn’t allowed but why is this such a common thing and how has cpc not gotten onto them about it??

Same! A girl also dmed me over the summer and said a whole bunch of stuff and was really pushing zeta and basically said not to worry, if I want to be here they will make it happen. This morning though I was in utter shock to not have them back for pref. Feel like I can’t tell my rho gam bc I don’t want to seem bitter.
