I hate to say it, but Chi-o does. I have good friends in chi-o, but I know for a fact they call girls in the summer and ask their moms if they want to be chi-os. Of course, no one reports it bc they want to be chi-os. Sad that they feel they have to have that much "control" over the process.

Kappa clearly does, Chi-O & Tri Delt have a bid list before the first day of rush, & zeta will def try to oral bid you to make you pref them
