Let's talk about how bogus these top four house posts are on here. As the fictional, GR top house story unfolds on this site:
1. Zeta
2. DG
3. AXO
4. DZ
Aside from DG, these just so happen to be the houses with the worst retention for claim to fame GR top 4 house. Nobody wants to be an AXO or DZ. They all get tricked by Zeta. DG is the only chapter worth any clout of this batch. Shows how these ranking posts are so unrealistic and serves a dose of reality for pnms.

It’s really awful to see such terrible things said about such amazing chapters here. All 4 of them have something special about them that draws PNMs in. And there’s no denying that all 4 of them compete for the same girls. It’s obvious that people are still trying to ride out old reputations of some of these chapters too, maybe get to know the women of a chapter before you categorize them all as something they’re not.

i wanted dz from the very start... every girl I talked to was really nice and didn’t at all seem how GR wanted me to think they were
