AXO Tiktok Explanation

Ok I know everyone has seen that Tiktok about the AXO recruitment, but I'm gonna try to explain it to everyone. I know everyone is probably just gonna roast AXO anyways because Greek Rank is toxic and it's stright up just bringing down all chapters, but whatever this needs an explanation.
If you're in a sorority, you know everyone can't recruit. It's a numbers game, it's physically not possible for every single member to talk to a PNM during rush week. Additionally, there's a lot to go into picking who gets to recruit. We all know we put our best faces forward in recruitment, we want girls to go our way, and you're lying if you're saying your chapter doesn't try to make themselves look extra appealing during rush.
Not every girl has the personality to recruit, and that's what was the case with the girl that posted the Tiktok. It had literally nothing to do with what she looked like, she didn't even say that's what it was. Y'all just wanted to jump to conclusions to make any chapter look as bad as you can, it happens all the time. This girl was just the type to act up and parties and had a bunch of standards meetings and that's not what we wanted to showcase during recruitment, every sorority girl knows what that's like.
Obv this is gonna get hate, but c'mon y'all are lying if you say you don't know this happens in every chapter, not everyone has a recruiting personality and it's just life.

Sorry but my house doesn’t discredit girls rushing abilities because of how they look. Not everyone house only lets the pretty girls rush and that’s common sense. It’s clear that we weren’t talking about someone’s abilities to rush. We all know AXO, DG, and ZTA do not let certain girls rush strictly because they do not fit the aesthetic of the girls they want. Stop trying to change this into something it isn’t. Yes, everyone house has some weird girls who don’t rush, but that’s a number that you could could on one hand. However, the majority of houses let girls rush NO MATTER what they look like. And surprise fact, most girls who rush in any tier below top didn’t just come to college to join a sorority or find a husband.... idk there’s something called, learning!

Reading this makes me sick. I’m in what’s considered a middle tier sorority and we try our very hardest to make sure every girl who is eligible to recruit has the chance to talk to PNM’s. We want ALL kinds of women in our chapter, which is what recruitment is supposed to be about anyways. Please stop trying to normalize only letting your “pretty”/“skinny”/“aesthetic” girls recruit, it shows your true colors but not in the way you’re hoping for.

If this is true that you only let the "pretty" girls recruit, who decides what "pretty" is? Also, if you have girls in your sorority who you push aside or don't think are pretty, WHY in the world would that girl want to be a part of a group that doesn't want her or think she is just as valuable as every other girl in the sorority??? If I was treated that way, I would quit! Hoping this isn't true, because if it is.....pathetic.

Ok but when your sorority has a really high retention rate and can only select a small amount of girls to ask back each round by the end you literally just cannot have everyone rush because there just aren’t enough girls to have everyone in soooooo

Yes that’s when you pick only the prettiest, skinniest, and whitest bc we all know that’s what is most important anyway.
