Semi formals right now ARE SELFISH
by: wowUse your brains. please for the love of god use them. Just because you group up in smaller groups and have a semi formal doesnt make it any better. You are still going out, you are still exposing people and yourselves. This is so pathetic and the chapters that have members openly posting about having semis are so ignorant. shame on yall. do better. Plenty of chapters have been adhering to CDC guidelines and helping prevent the potential spread but you are all just so selfish.

Literally this. If you are publicly posting about your “semi”, you should be ashamed of yourself. Just because you consider yourself “top tier”, does not make you above the rules that Panhellenic has set for ALL chapters on campus. Congrats on making yourselves and the rest of Greek life look like a complete joke.

I’m also talking to all of y’all that went to the football games and went to Mexico or wherever for winter break. This is so BEYOND uncool. It’s cringy. It’s sad. It’s shameful. It’s horrifying that you think being on a beach or going to a sporting event is worth the lives of the people around you.

And I’m also talking to the ENABLERS. People who comment on people’s party posts saying “omg so cute girly” or whatever. You look just as bad when you support others for their bad behavior. You sink to their level.
