Pi phi pushing for relevancy?

why does pi phi keep pushing they’re relevant? When I was at starbs the other day I heard two of them claiming they’re a middle tier house now. I know they were pi phi because they had letters on. It was just to hear a bottom house talk so bad literally about every middle tier sorority
