That is your opinion. I'd put SAE on the same line with Delt. Then Sigma Chi and Sig Ep together. All good guys though.

I would say SAE is better than delt but not beta. Beta has been falling off recently, but tailgate season is coming up

I think the most accurate (at this time)
1st- (in no particular order). KA, Beta, Fiji
2nd-(in no particular order). Delt, SAE
3rd-(in no particular order). Sigma Chi, Sig Ep
There's no profound amount of space between tiers, I think these are just the "current" rankings.

ka- highland park, houston stratford, a few memorial, a few austin westlake
FIJI and KA are top 2 and interchangeable
KA tends to be a little more country guys and FIJI are more city guys
under that is a big drop

an Austin Anderson kid??? Anderson High is not in the same category as Memorial and Alamo Heights. Austin High and Westlake are instead, and you see them going KA, Fiji, and Beta. Just sayin.

Although Fiji and KA are known for being the top two fraternities, I wouldn't consider them my top two.. All the parties I've been to it's like a highland park/memorial hs reunion and they're all pretty much stuck up douche bags. My favorite frat is Delt. They are have a lot of smart cute guys. Although they're new pledge class has been hanging out with a lot of AXOs.... They generally hang out with a lot of DGs and ZTAs which are awesome girls. SAE and Beta would be next on my list both have awesome guys. Then would be Sig Ep, and Sigma Chi.

Delt has been hanging out with a lot of AXO's because AXO got an amazing pledge class, stop being so stuck up and rude.
