is there an actual top tier fraternity?
by: ??Is there a fraternity here that could be considered "top" when compared to fraternities at other more pro-greek life institutions like Oklahoma or Ole Miss? Seems like pretty much every fraternity at A&M has some glaring issue that's holding them back. Can someone give an honest opinion on the different fraternities people like to call top at A&M?

Fiji, KA and Sig ep used to be top tier. Probably to the standards of an "upper" fraternity at another SEC school. Now there's no real top tier. Fiji declined as they went from a small-medium social scene to basically nothing. KA went into debt and has been under social probation a lot of recent past semesters (I think they're clear right now) which hurt their rush and their social presence. And then obviously Sig ep just got suspended for a couple years and lost their house so they're done too. With KA's fall pledgeclass I feel they have potential but it will take some work to reclaim top tier. Idk anything about fijis pledgeclass to speak about them.

Everyone knows they were like $200k in debt like 2 yrs ago. Maybe that's gone now but they were in debt
